Do I have any coverage with this service?
There is no coverage associated with this service. AXA Assistance USA will provide
referrals and make arrangements on behalf of the beneficiary. All cost associated
with the service will be borne by the beneficiary.
How long is my service valid?
Your service will be valid for 365 days from the date of your purchase. Unless canceled,
you will continue to be billed annually for the service.

to AXA Assistance’s Emergency Travel Assistance service.
Is there a telephone number I can call to reach
AXA Assistance?
Once you have registered for the service, you will receive an email containing a
telephone number you can call should you need to utilize the service.
Why did I receive a membership number?
In the e-mail confirming that you have signed up for Emergency Travel Assistance,
you will receive a membership number. You will need this number to confirm you eligibility
when you call for travel assistance.
What happens if I do not have my membership number
with me when I need to utilize this service?
You can still be verified if you do not have you confirmation readily available.
When you call AXA Assistance USA, you will be asked basic information that you provided
to us when registering for this service such as home phone number, address, and
also your security question. If you cannot provide us with this information, we
will not be able to confirm eligibility and will, therefore, deny service.
When am I eligible to use this service?
If you are a registered beneficiary of this service and traveling more than 100
miles away from your place of residence, you are considered eligible for Emergency
Travel Assistance.
